The coach will teach everyone how to hold pads for each other for various different strikes. Muay Thai has 8 Different arms of striking, Elbows, Punches, Knees and Kicks. You will learn all of them. You will be on your was to be able to strike technically at full force AND really get a good workout at the same time.
Every class starts with warm up and moves into functional strength and conditioning.
